WHAT TO WEAR – Comfortable clothing that you don’t care if they get stained with oil
Day 1 – Prac day , ethics, the client form, basic anatomy, massage techniques
Day 2 – Massage and the coconut salt scrub technique, which combined with the basic massage becomes a unique day spa style treatment
Day 3 - Perfecting the massage and scrub
Day 4 – revision/exam day/competency (after completing 10 hours of case studies)
